Allstate customers in the South Bay usually start their claim through the Allstate app, where QuickFoto Claim asks for photos of the damage. It's quick, but photos only show the outside of the car. Bring the car to CrashFix El Segundo at 118 Nevada St and we'll inspect it properly, then work with Allstate on everything the photos didn't show.
Allstate may recommend a shop from its Good Hands Repair Network. You're free to use one, and you're equally free to choose CrashFix. California Insurance Code § 758.5 prevents any insurer from requiring a particular shop.
