Root Insurance Claims in El Segundo

Root is an app-based insurer, so your claim starts and lives on your phone: you report the accident, upload photos and track progress in the Root app. That's convenient, but it also means nobody from Root looks at your car in person before the first estimate. That's where CrashFix El Segundo at 118 Nevada St comes in.

Turning a Root App Claim Into a Complete Repair

Report in the app and add CrashFix El Segundo as your repair shop.
Bring the car to us. We inspect it hands-on, including behind bumpers and trim, which no photo can show.
We send Root the full picture: a detailed estimate, photos and the manufacturer's repair procedure, plus supplements for hidden damage.
We repair to factory standards with OEM parts. El Segundo is certified by 14 manufacturers, including Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, GM and Nissan.

Root can suggest a shop, but California Insurance Code § 758.5 lets you choose where your car is repaired.
