• Large cast and aluminum structures: Newer Teslas use large single-piece castings. Some damage can be repaired; some requires replacement per Tesla's procedures. We follow them rather than improvise.
• High-voltage safety: The battery is disabled following Tesla's steps before any structural or welding work.
• Cameras and sensors: Autopilot cameras and parking sensors are checked after the repair, and calibration is completed so driver-assist features work properly.
• Paint: Tesla colors like Midnight Silver and Ultra Red are multi-layer and need careful blending.
