I accidentally scraped my front bumper and wanted it fixed right away. Within just two hours of the incident, CrashFix scheduled me to bring it in the very next morning. Since it's my only vehicle, I had already arranged a rental car, but they still offered to drop me off at home which I really appreciated. My car was ready in less than 48 hours, and the color match was absolutely perfect. Fantastic shop, professional, fast, and they truly took care of me.

I messaged Alex for a quote to fix the bottom of my car bumper that was falling off, and he suggested I come in person to take a look because it might have been an easy fix. He was right! I came the same day, and his technician helped fix the problem within 30 minutes. I also had a small tire issue, and they were able to help me fix it everything while I was there. Excellent service! Alex and his team are kind and courteous, and offer incredible service and reliability. We recently had a minor fender bender getting out of our driveway, and Crash Fix went above and beyond to make our vehicle whole again. We called more than 20 LA area-based collision repair shops, and Alex offered a competitive price and included a minor repair at no additional cost. Crash Fix completed the repairs within the timeframe they provided and were extremely kind to my wife. I only mention this because several other repair shops she called/visited to get a quote were pushy with her and treated me differently when I reached out to them. I can not thank Alex and his Crash Fix team enough.

Had some damage to my car due to hitting a yellow pole. Decided to get some quotes on yelp to see how much it would cost. Alex responded very quickly and gave me multiple quotes but ultimately needed to see it in person. He did give me a price if the door can be worked on or if the door had to be replaced, which I really liked. No surprises when I showed up. In the end, the door needed to be replaced and I agreed. I thought it would be a more seamless process. Alex went ahead and gave me a quote for a brand new door to be installed and paint matched. A very affordable price, but he also recommended a used door if I wanted to save more money (paying out of pocket). It really showed that he was looking out for the customer! Ultimately, I went with the used door. They found one in my exact color, just needed to be worked on a bit.Dropped my car off on a Thursday, and received it the following Monday. As you can tell from the photos, looks like it never happened! Doesn't look like a used door at all. Definitely recommend CrashFix for any work on your Tesla, especially if it's coming out of pocket. I was a bit worried I was going to pay an arm and a leg to get this fixed, but that wasn't the case thanks to Alex and his crew.

I damaged my new Mercedes when I drove up against a cement wall. I used to be so intimidated when visiting bodyshops, so I wasn't really looking forward to taking my car to get it fixed. But my experience ended up being good. I found CrashFix through google search and it was probably the only body shop in the area that had a website that seemed trustworthy and had all the information and details I needed to make a choice. They have an online chat option, that I used and I got response within seconds. Next day I took my car there and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service. They have a very cozy, clean office, but luckily I didn't really have to wait. They fixed my car faster than expected and I was also getting updated with messages throughout the process. Very content with the service!

I don't always have an opportunity and time to right a Yelp review but this time I had to! The whole process was easy and smooth, the work was completed on time with satisfying results. I had an leased car that I was about to return that needed so much body work ( scratches, dims etc) The CrashFix staff put in lots of work but I was able to return my car without paying anything extra. They also have car rental available, so no hustle to find a rental car. The customer service was amazing and I'll be their long term customer.

Look no further--this is THE AUTO BODY SHOP shop to take your car to! I've had my Toyota Prius here twice in one year, due to being hit by others. CrashFix works with the insurance company, and strives for perfection. I've had to replace side car panels, dents and the back bumper, and was totally satisfied with the superior workmanship. The owners are extremely personable and honest and will go out of their way to help. They also touched up other scratches and knicks for free, and totally cleaned and washed my car before pick up. I highly recommend !

If I could give 10 stars I would! These guys are the most honest body repair shop I've ever encountered, So happy I found them here on Yelp! As a woman it can be quite intimidating to have your car repaired which is why I waited over a year to even fix the job I needed done. They dropped me off at a coffee shop and fixed it within 2 hours and for lower price then what was quoted! Amazing team, Thank you guys again so much.

Just got my car back from CrashFix and couldn't be happier with my car and customer service! I had a really big dent on the front passenger door and some minor scratches on the rear door of my Jeep that I have been putting off getting fixed for a while now. I decided to visit this body shop because it was on Victory blvd in Burbank, just 10 mins away from my home. Not only they provided a great customer service and explained the whole process, but also handled all the communication and headache with my insurance company, kudos to Alex and Kor! Getting text messages every time there was an update on my car status was the cherry on top! Highly recommend this place for the smooth experience and high quality work.

This body shop is amazing. Not only do they have the best customer service but their quality of work is impeccable. They have fixed my Tesla X as well as my husband's 640 BMW. Both cars have looked brand new upon body repairs. I highly recommend them.

I stumbled upon this place after being absolutely scammed by Keyes Honda. The team at Crashfix in Los Angeles was so helpful and caring, they helped me with my gas pump cover in a matter of 30 minutes when the people at Honda told me it would require extensive work. I would definitely recommend this shop, and will be back with any car needs. Extremely reliable and professional!

Hayk and the team at Burbank Location did an amazing job on my car - someone keyed the driver side door and driver side rear door and it looks brand new now! They also repaired some damage to my wheels and they look amazing now too - I put it through my insurance and they did all the work dealing with the insurance folks - car was returned sooner than expected as well. Highly recommend their service and staff.

It was my first time getting my car fixed and I'm glad I chose Crashfix in Burbank! Everyone was super nice and also gave me a ride to the car rental so I wouldn't have to walk too far- very kind! I came in for a paint/scratch repair, and the quoted price was also very reasonable and turnaround time was about a week- which was great as well! Thank you for everything! :)

Where to begin. I don't usually write reviews but I felt this was worth my time. I somehow managed to get a dent on my bumper on a less than 2 month old Tesla. Literally went though everything to figure how I got it, but whatever it was was too low to detect. Anywho, once I noticed it I immediately reached out to a few different people to get quotes. Crasfix was the first to reply and needed to see it in person, so I went. Alex was extremely friendly and gave me a straightforward quote to get it fixed. They ended up being able to do the repair rather than replacing the entire bumper and saving me money on redoing the clear bra and ceramic coating that I had gotten on it. When I dropped it off, they helped me get a rental at a discounted price and got it fixed sooner than originally anticipated. It's like it never even happened! Hopefully I never have to go through this again, but if I do I'm coming back to get it done here. Thanks again!

Quality: The team did a WONDERFUL job repainting my front bumper. It's a distinctive blue and they created the perfect color match. They even touched up little knicks on the rest of the car for free. Responsive: They updated me during the assessment via phone and and always answered my calls.Integrity: Thought they might have to do an additional repair but then informed me that it was unnecessary. How many auto shops would admit to that? Appreciate the honesty! Excellent deal, quick turnaround, and great service. HIGHLY recommend.

These guys are good! Dealt with Ike in Burbank who from the moment I drove up to the parking lot he came out to greet me and took my estimate right away. They did a great job in fixing my bumper, left fender & headlight and passenger door panel all in a week. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. In addition, when the car was ready I was about to call uber but called Ike first to see if he can pick me up since I live close to their shop and he said no problem. Their service all around was perfect with no delays.

Hayk and his team have been so wonderful in helping me with my car. I brought it in with some scratches on the driver's side for an estimate and was super happy with the price they gave me as well as the estimated turnaround time. I left the car with them and was pleasantly surprised when they were done with it a day early! They did an AMAZING job and I will definitely use them again.

Alex and team did a great job with my Model Y's front bumper. they completed the job earlier than I expected, and right at the lower estimated cost. Plus they washed the car before I picked it up.
